The principle of liquefaction storage
Liquefaction refers to the process of a substance changing from a gaseous state to a liquid state, which releases heat to the outside world. There are two ways to achieve liquefaction, one is to reduce the temperature, and the other is to compress the volume. Since the volume of the gas usually becomes one thousandth of the original volume after liquefaction, which is convenient for storage and transportation, some gases are usually liquefied in reality. Under pressure, it can become liquid, while the critical point of other gases (such as oxygen and nitrogen) is very low, and deep cooling must be carried out while pressurizing. The way gas is liquefied: Method 1: reduce the temperature (such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon); Method 2: Compress the volume (such as ammonia, petroleum gas), Note: If the temperature is higher than its critical temperature, it cannot be compressed to liquefy it; Method 3: At a certain temperature, compress the volume of gas to liquefy certain gases (such as carbon dioxide);

Definition
1) Tank body: a pressure vessel consisting of an inner container, an outer shell and a thermal insulation layer. 2), the inner container (the material is generally stainless steel): the inner tank that stores cryogenic liquid and can withstand working pressure. Generally include: cylinder, head, craft manhole, external pressure reinforcement ring, etc. 3) Shell (generally made of carbon steel or low alloy steel): an airtight container that forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. Generally, it includes: cylinder body, head, external pressure reinforcement ring, lead pipe through-wall joint, lifting lug, support, etc. 4) Interlayer: refers to the closed space formed between the inner container and the outer shell. Generally, it includes: thermal insulation material (vacuum powder-pearl sand), inner container and outer shell connecting support member, and evacuated flow pipe. 5) The pipeline system generally includes: safety discharge and vent pipe, differential pressure liquid level gauge lead pipe, full liquid indicator pipe (overflow pipe), liquid inlet pipe, supercharger liquid inlet, air outlet pipe, pumping pipe. vacuum tube, etc. 6) Valves, accessories, instruments: Control valves that control the opening and closing of each pipeline; Vacuum sealing valve - maintain interlayer vacuum after evacuation; Vacuum detection valve - the interlayer vacuum begins to drop after evacuation, and the actual vacuum degree during use must be grasped after being put into use; Instrument control valve; Safety relief device switching or three-way valve - double safety relief devices are required as follows; Inner container safety valve (generally four pieces, two pieces are "on duty" online, and the other piece is on duty or off duty for school inspection); Inner container rupture disk device; Explosion-proof device for the outer casing - in case the liquid in the inner container leaks into the interlayer, the outer casing needs to be prevented from bursting due to overpressure; pressure gauge; liquid level gauge; vacuum detection gauge; Flame arrester (for general flammable media) - when discharging flammable media (including active discharge and overpressure relief), it should be discharged through the flame arrester to prevent backfire; Electrostatic grounding terminal (set for general flammable media), etc.
