PSA nitrogen generation adopts carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent whose capacity of adsorbing oxygen is larger than adsorbing nitrogen.
The two adsorbers (a&b) alternately adsorbing and regenerating to separate oxygen from nitrogen in air to obtain purified nitrogen by Auto-operated valves controlled by PLC.
Separation principle:Air is liquefied and separated based on the different boiling points of oxygen and nitrogen.
Process characteristics:Operate at low temperature of -160 to -190℃.
Adjustability:The gas product output adjustment range is small (75~105%) and the flexibility is poor.

The warranty period of the equipment is 18 months from the equipment manufacturer's shipment or 12 months from theuser's factory,whichever expires first.During the warranty period, for all product quality issues, the supplier shall reply within 60 minutes after receiving the notice from the buyer.

Note
The equipment should be stored in a dry, clean, well-ventilated warehouse with no corrosive substances around. For short.term storage and transportation in the open air, rain cloth should be covered, and the equipment should not be in direct con.tact with the ground. There should be enough space around for andmaintenance.
The ambient temperature ofthe in-door installation site is 2 . 40c, and the relative humidity is s80%.
lnstallation requirements: Crane or forklit is easy to reachand install, The qround is flat, and the distance between the equipment and the wall or other equipment shall not be less th.an 800mm: the sewage outlet must be connected to the outside of the equipment.
