The warranty period of the equipment is 18 months from the equipment manufacturer's shipment or 12 months from the user's factory,whichever expires first.During the warranty period, for all product quality issues, the supplier shall reply within 60 minutes after receiving the notice from the buyer.

lf the equipment is damaged due to the supplier's responsibility, if the user requests to replace the equipment, the supplier must accept unconditionally, and cost incurred shall be borne by the supplier. lf caused by the us.er's responsibility, the supplier will promptly help the user to replace the equipment parts and charge the cost of the parts Fees.

The equipment is debugged by the engineer before delivery, and the machine is delivered after repeated confirmation thatthere is no problem. The debugging video will be sent to customers, so that customers can buy and use peace of mind.

When the equipment is delivered to the customer, if the customer has dificulties in the installation, connection and debugging othe equipment, they can seek technical support from us, including video installation and debugging guidance and on-sitegui -dance of engineers. Step by step process patient guidance, package teaching package will solve various "difficult problems" of customers.

1. Unit NZN series will packed with wooden case, anti-collision foam block, machine be packed by Stretch film, pearl cotton, according to the export packing standard.

2. Two sets machine delivery by unit 20 feet or 40 feet container, the booster will packed and fittings be packed by wooden case.
3.Wooden case exterior signs up and anti-collision.
4. lmportant fragile parts of the equipment will be treated separately for collision prevention, like gauge, flow meter, controller.
